The DeafYoga Foundation’s mission is to educate, inspire and collaborate with the Deaf community and its members in their quest to learn Yoga. Our organization's teachings follow classical Yoga with a focus on the Sivananda Saraswati lineage.

Although our vision incorporates all peoples, our intent is on introducing and encouraging Deaf people to a personal Yoga practice or to become an instructor.

The DeafYoga Foundation (DYF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on serving the global Deaf community in their efforts to learn yoga.  Currently in the U.S., there are only a few yoga classes for the Deaf community and less than 10 Deaf yoga instructors. These numbers alone show the importance of reaching a community who is just being introduced to the ancient wisdoms of Yoga.

The DeafYoga Foundation relies on your donations and offerings to continue our Service Projects & ProgramsOur service projects are growing faster than our funding capacity.  We are in need of more than $200,000 to meet our goals for the upcoming year. Please donate now to assist us in creating equal access for all who seek to learn yoga.  Thank you for visiting and may Grace continue to guide you.
